Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team at Vestra Homecare Limited. This role is crucial in attracting and selecting vibrant and caring individuals who will provide essential care services to our clients. The position is based in Sunderland and plays a key role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional home care.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various recruitment platforms, including ATS systems, social media, and job boards.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the organization.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software
Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
