Job description

You will be working in mostly outside conditions, operating/attending rides and attractions safely on Brighton Palace Pier.

Dealing with large volumes of guests whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Employees must be confident, calm under pressure, hardworking, reliable, flexible, well presented and capable of working in a team or as an individual.

Duties:

Interact with guests in a polite and professional manner.
Safely operate rides and attractions within a busy theme park. These include water, thrill and family rides.
Dealing with customers of various ages face to face in a polite and professional manner, this will include general enquires from the public.
Ensure all Health and Safety rules and regulations are followed.
Identify & report any hazards or unsafe practises.
Ensure PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) is worn where necessary
Keep rides & attractions as well as surrounding areas clean and tidy.

You Will be responsible for:

Putting smile on customers faces
Providing guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience,
Making sure seatbelts are tight, loose items are secure, and lap bars are locked to keep guests safe,
Enforcing rider restrictions and measure for height requirements,
Assisting guests in and out of ride

You must have and will be:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Friendly, respectful, and outgoing personality inviting guests to your boarding station
Positive attitude
Must be comfortable working in high volume environment
Be a team player with guest first attitude
Must be over 18 years
Excellent verbal communication skills
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
