Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver bespoke cultural exchange programmes and professional delegation visits across the UK.
- Design tailored itineraries and coordinate visits with museums, universities, cultural organisations, creative businesses, corporate partners and other relevant institutions.
- Manage the full delegate experience, including accommodation, transportation, interpreters, hospitality, venue coordination and on-site programme delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK and international cultural institutions, universities, museums, creative organisations, corporate partners and public sector stakeholders.
- Organise networking events, cultural exchange forums, industry roundtables, workshops, receptions and other accompanying programme activities.
- Manage programme budgets, supplier procurement, contracts, payments and post-project financial reconciliation.
- Gather client feedback, continuously improve programme offerings and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and future programme concepts.
- Resolve operational, logistical and cross-cultural issues to ensure the successful delivery of all programmes.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Tourism, Cultural Management, International Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years’ full-time experience in delegation management, event management, cultural exchange programmes, project management or VIP client services.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes involving cultural organisations, universities, museums, government bodies or commercial partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers and programme logistics.
- Professional written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Desirable Criteria
- Existing network within the UK or international cultural, museum, education or creative industries.
- Experience organising conferences, forums, executive visits, study tours or international exchange programmes.
- Familiarity with the UK cultural, heritage, museum and creative industry sectors.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural projects.

Mandatory Right to Work
Candidates must hold unrestricted permanent right to work in the UK (British Citizen, Irish Citizen or holders of ILR/Settled Status).
Visa sponsorship is not available for this permanent role.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
