Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert treatments and personalised service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality beauty services that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing customised treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including makeup application, skincare, waxing, threading, lashes, nails,
other specialised therapies
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
Ensure all equipment and tools are sterilised and properly maintained
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client queries professionally
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality

Experience

Previous experience in a beauty therapy or related role is desirable but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
Skills in makeup application are highly valued
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a professional demeanour at all times
