We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital team based in Neath Port Talbot.
Location: Site Based - Neath Port Talbot Hospital
Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Operational Support team, supporting them in delivering comprehensive facilities management services. Your day to day will include:
- Managing and maintaining the Document Management System, ensuring all records are structured, version-controlled and compliant with contractual requirements
- Conducting thorough audits of documentation relating to capital works, maintenance records, drawings and service reports, developing action plans to address any gaps
- Coordinating the migration and digitisation of archive documentation, ensuring seamless upload to the DMS
- Collaborating with stakeholders in Handback meetings, preparing management information and supporting the transition process
- Providing administrative and helpdesk support, ensuring continuity of site operations

- You're an articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- You have excellent organisational abilities and can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- You bring a proactive, professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude
- You're experienced with SharePoint and other data management platforms
- You're proficient in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel
