Full job description

Are you a passionate Beauty or Spa Therapist who loves making people feel amazing? At Sorella Spa, based within the Delta by Marriott Hotel in Swindon, we’re a relaxed, welcoming team that takes pride in delivering exceptional treatments in a friendly and professional environment.

We are a independent small local business, with no link to the Marriott Hotel. Simply just based within.

We’re looking for someone who’s hardworking, positive, and eager to grow with us. If you’re searching for more than just a job — somewhere supportive, fun, and rewarding — this could be your perfect fit.

The Role

Minimum starting point 1 - 3 days per week (with the opportunity to increase hours quickly for the right candidate)
Saturdays are essential, but you’ll always have Sundays & Mondays off, plus the option of one Saturday off each month
Treatments you’ll provide include:
Waxing & Tinting
Massages
Facials
Manicures & Pedicures
Spa Day Tours

Please only apply if you already have qualifications in the above treatments.

Pay & Perks

£12.71 per hour PLUS commission on treatments and retail sales
Monthly free treatments when targets are achieved

Training & Development

Full induction with computer training & in-house treatment training to meet the Sorella Standard
Opportunity to complete additional training courses in the future

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Complementary Therapies
Experience preferred, but a great attitude, passion, and willingness to learn are just as important
A team player who’s friendly, approachable, and loves giving clients the best possible experience
