Salary & Benefits
Security Dog Handler: £35,000 – £42,000 per year
Dog Handler Supervisor: £40,000 – £44,000 per year

Available Roles
Security Dog Handler
As a Security Dog Handler, you will work alongside your dog across a range of sites including construction projects, logistics facilities, commercial premises and vacant properties.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality security dog services
- Following site procedures and company policies
- Completing check calls, booking on/off and incident reporting through company systems
- Maintaining excellent dog welfare standards
- Producing clear reports, notebooks and handovers
- Building positive relationships with clients and site management teams
Dog Handler Supervisor
For experienced handlers looking to progress their career, our Dog Handler Supervisor role combines operational deployment with leadership responsibilities.
You will continue to work operationally with your dog while also:
- Acting as the on-shift lead for MS Webb
- Briefing handlers and allocating posts
- Supporting and mentoring handlers on site
- Monitoring standards, compliance and welfare
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients and site management
- Supporting the continued growth and development of our K9 operations

What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Security Dog Handler
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising handlers (Supervisor applicants)
- Valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
- Recognised K9 qualification (NASDU or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work nights and weekends on a rota basis
- Flexibility to travel throughout the M25, London and South East regions
- Excellent communication skills
- High standards of professionalism, presentation and welfare
Desirable
- Experience working on construction, logistics or high-profile sites
- Familiarity with workforce management or time and attendance systems
- Experience working within multi-handler operational environments
