Job Title: Commercial Assistant

Location: Alness

Gael Energy is a dynamic and growing wind turbine engineering company, committed to delivering high-quality solutions across the renewable energy sector. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our commercial and administrative operations.

The Role

This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day commercial and operational activities of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and management of timesheets for payroll processing
Processing and tracking invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Responding to and resolving supplier queries and requests
Credit card reconciliation and expense tracking
Providing general office-based administrative support as required

About You

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good numerical and administrative abilities
Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with suppliers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
