The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys supporting both colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when required
Support scheduling, meetings, and diary management
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Coordinate post, deliveries, and general office administration
Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
Help maintain a tidy, organised, and efficient office environment

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
