AES Electrical & Compliance Services Ltd is a fast-growing electrical and compliance company serving the North West. We’re on the lookout for a motivated, energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our friendly team.

In this role, you’ll be connecting with customers to check when their electrical compliance testing is due, confirm renewal dates, and provide tailored quotations for our services. The focus is on building great customer relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them get the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to connect with both existing and potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
Check and confirm electrical compliance renewal dates in a friendly, professional manner
Provide clear, accurate quotations for electrical and compliance services
Listen carefully to customer needs and deliver the right information and solutions
Record call outcomes and customer details accurately using our in-house CRM system
Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, support each other, and celebrate successes

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not essential
A confident, bubbly personality with plenty of energy and enthusiasm – someone who loves speaking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone
A confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to construct professional emails; training will be provided on our in-house CRM system
Self-motivated, driven, and reliable
Great attention to detail
Able to work independently and thrive as part of a team
