Turn Fabric Into Fun
Welcome to The Play Company
At The Play Company, we don’t just build play areas, we create the places where childhood happens.
From the UK to Europe and the US, we design and manufacture one-of-a-kind play environments that spark imagination, laughter, and adventure. As a family-run business, we believe the best experiences, for our customers and our team, come from care, craftsmanship, and people who genuinely enjoy what they do.
What you help create today… becomes part of someone’s childhood tomorrow.
Why This Role Feels Different
This isn’t just operating machinery, it’s being part of the process that brings imaginative play spaces to life.
Every product you help create contributes to safe, exciting environments enjoyed by thousands of children every year. From the first stage of material preparation through to the finished product, your work plays an important part in delivering the quality and creativity we’re known for.
We trust our people and give them room to grow. We take pride in high standards and getting things right. We believe work should feel welcoming, supportive, and even a bit fun. We are crafting fun after all!
