Full job description

Overview
This is an opportunity for a fully funded level 2 and level 3 personal trainer qualification, you will work alongside experienced personal trainers whilst we fund your course.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' goals and current fitness levels.
Develop personalised training programmes that align with clients' objectives and preferences.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during workouts.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices that complement fitness routines.
Maintain a clean and organised training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
Foster positive relationships with clients, encouraging them to stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to enhance your training methods.

Skills

Ability to educate clients on fitness principles and practices.
Experience in sports coaching or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients effectively.
A passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to personal development in the field.
