What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing engineering/industrialization
- Relevant experience of project management & risk mitigation planning
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and control plans
- Good understanding of machining, assembly and testing processes
- Proven ability to deliver process validation, pilot builds, and production ramp-up
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and process capability
Desirable:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive or high-precision manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9145 standards
- Exposure to insourcing or manufacturing transfer projects
- Knowledge of SPC / process capability (Cpk)
