Sales Assistant (Flexi Worker)

LOCATION: Homestore, Cannock

CONTRACT: Flexible Worker Agreement

HOURS: As and when, various hours available

SALARY: £12.71 per hour

Every item you sell directly helps disabled children access vital equipment and supports pioneering medical research. You'll work with brand new donated stock, creating a treasure trove for bargain hunters whilst making a real difference.

No two days are the same - the product range constantly changes, keeping your role fresh and exciting.

About Newlife

Newlife provides access to the vital equipment disabled children and their families rely on, offering information and support through our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and sponsoring pioneering medical research into the causes of birth defects, we offer families a voice through our campaigns for change and, our recycling programme saves thousands of tons of waste from being sent to landfill or incinerated every year. Our mission, simply put, is to change lives and you could be a part of that change!

We are not like any other charity. All our online stock is new, donated by retailers, allowing us to create a heaven for online bargain hunters and savvy fashionista's who want high street products at discount prices.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver great customer service at all times
Merchandise stock to a high standard
Support with stock preparation and replenishment
Complete cashing up of store takings when required

What We're Looking For

The organisation's culture is based on a clear Mission, Vision and Values, teamed with a great attitude, which you will exemplify both personally and through your team.

You will be confident and able to communicate across all levels, reliable and flexible, pay great attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.

You will have either previous experience in retail / customer service or skills that are transferable to this role.
