Civils / Ducting Gang Required – Brize Norton – Start 27th July
We are currently seeking an experienced 3-man Ducting Gang for a long-term project based in Brize Norton, with works commencing on 27th July.
Gang Requirements:
- 1 x Ganger (SSSTS preferred)
- 1 x Machine Operator (360 Excavator)
- 1 x Skilled Operative with Dumper & Roller tickets
Essential Experience:
- Previous experience installing ducting on civil engineering, utilities, highways, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to work safely and efficiently within a gang environment
- Experience reading site drawings and working to specifications
- Trenching, duct installation, backfilling, reinstatement, and associated civils works
Required Tickets / Qualifications:
- Valid CSCS Card (all operatives)
- CPCS / NPORS 360 Excavator
- CPCS / NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper
- CPCS / NPORS Ride-On Roller
- EUSR SHEA
- CAT & Genny
- First Aid
- SSSTS (preferred for Ganger)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of ducting and associated civil works
- Excavation and trenching operations
- Safe operation of plant and machinery
- Following site drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Working collaboratively to meet programme deadlines
- Ensuring quality workmanship throughout the project

Duration: Ongoing work available for the right gang
Rate: Competitive rates available and dependent on experience, qualifications, and tickets held.
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
