Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Evesham
Sector: Residential Development
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Package

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing developments across the Midlands and South West.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and efficiently. You’ll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments.
Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly reporting.
Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
Monitoring project costs and profitability.
Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain relationships.
Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.
Identifying and managing commercial risk.
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.

About You

Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
Residential developer or housebuilding experience preferred.
Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
Experience managing subcontract procurement and final accounts.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
