Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, organised and friendly Receptionist to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. Within this role you will help to create a welcoming and professional environment while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Duties

Ensure all treatment rooms are tidy and ready for clients
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and banking
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents
Support other administrative staff as required to ensure efficient office operations

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred but not essential
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues

This role is ideal for an organised individual who thrives in a busy office environment, possesses strong communication skills and is eager to contribute positively to our team. The position would start in June for training.

Expected hours: 15.0 per week

Work Location: In person
