We're looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for events, social media, and marketing to grow their career with us — full training will be provided, so while experience is preferred, it's not essential.
The Role:
As Events & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key part in bringing our events to life and helping us tell our story across digital channels and in print. You'll work closely with both our front and back of house teams to ensure events run smoothly from planning through to delivery, while also supporting our wider Group marketing and social media efforts. This is a full time position requiring hands on involvement across all of our hospitality venues.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the planning, organisation, and on-the-day running of events
Supporting the Group's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Helping to deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Liaising with front and back of house teams to coordinate event logistics
Keeping on top of admin, bookings, and general marketing support tasks
Staying up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table
Strategizing and delivering on activities to increase the utilisation of our events space and wider business venues
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in events, marketing, and social media
Proficiency with social media platforms and standard IT systems (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team and stay calm under pressure during events
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential — full training will be given
