Expanding Our Dartford Production Team: Now Hiring Specialist Roles

From retail spaces to global exhibitions and corporate branding, our Dartford production hub plays a critical role in delivering high-quality large format graphics and display solutions across the UK.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are expanding our production team and are now hiring for three specialist roles.

Dartford, Kent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays

Overtime…

Saturday: Time and a Half

Sunday: Double Time

Large Format Print Operator

Overview

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000
This is a key role within our production team, operating 3.2m and 5m wide printers to produce high-impact visual graphics.

What you’ll be doing:

Operating and maintaining large format printers
Preparing and RIP’ing files for print
Managing colour accuracy and consistency
Printing across a range of substrates including vinyl, banners, and rigid media
Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
Collaborating closely with finishing teams

What we’re looking for:

Proven large format print experience
Strong understanding of print workflows and colour management
Experience with RIP software (e.g. ColourGATR, Caldera, Onyx)
High attention to detail
