About the Role

We’re hiring a General Administrator to support our office and sales team with day-to-day admin tasks. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with computers, confident using Excel, and happy learning new systems and processes.

You’ll play an important part in keeping customer orders accurate, supporting sales activity, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and suppliers.

If you’re organised, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Daily computer-based admin tasks
Updating and maintaining a customer database
Using Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic formulas
Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy across different product specifications
Entering orders onto internal systems with a high level of attention to detail
Reading and understanding different types of purchase orders
Responding to customer emails, including order confirmations and handling queries
Providing quick, helpful responses to customer enquiries and offering suitable products when required
Contacting hauliers to obtain delivery prices and organise shipments
Supporting the sales team with admin requests
Assisting with product listings and data uploads
Learning and developing knowledge of the products we sell
General office and admin support as needed

What We’re Looking For

Confident using computers and office software
Good Excel knowledge (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling orders and product specifications
Comfortable working with databases and systems
Good communication skills, particularly via email
Able to respond to tasks and customer queries quickly and efficiently
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and product ranges
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

Experience

Admin or office experience
Experience dealing with customer orders, emails, or logistics is an advantage
Training provided on our systems, products, and processes
