J Tech Vans Ltd is a family-run used commercial vehicle dealership specializing in utility, 4x4, and workshop vans. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional presentation of our company and vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly manner.
Answer telephone calls and direct as appropriate.
Receive, direct and respond to email enquiries.
Maintain filing and inventory system.
Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate.
Attention to detail is vital, as is minimum Maths and English GCSE C Grade, and a good knowledge of MS Office and IT systems in general.
Experience of dealing with customers, both face to face and on the phone is also preferable.
Due to our remote location and no public transport, your own vehicle is essential.
