SEN / SEND Tutors Needed – Help Young Learners Rebuild Confidence and Thrive

Pay: £17.00-£24.00 per hour

Hours: Flexible shifts, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4PM (term time only – no summer work)

Location: Lincolnshire County ( Specifically Gainsborough ) or surrounding areas:

Morton
Corringham
Blyton
Springthorpe
Walkeringham
Beckingham
Knaith Park
Upton
Lea
Messingham
Retford
Scunthorpe
Lincoln

About the Role

We’re looking for caring, patient, and dedicated tutors to deliver one-on-one or small-group support in English, Maths, and Science (KS1–KS4).

You will help young learners including those with SEND and SEMH needs, rediscover their love for learning in a calm, structured, and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements

Experience working with children or young people in the UK education or childcare sector
Understanding of the UK curriculum (you’ll be given resources to adapt lessons)
Safeguarding knowledge
A warm, patient, and reliable approach that helps students feel comfortable again
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one via our fast-track service)
