Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, door and window installation, and repairs.
- Carry out roofing works such as patching, replacement, and maintenance of roofing materials.
- Undertake construction painting to prepare surfaces and apply finishes as required.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently for various trades-related tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, masonry works
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, chisels, screwdrivers, etc., and power tools including drills, saws, grinders.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to each trade discipline.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and work environments.
