Are you an experienced labourer looking for more than just another construction job?

As members of the Association of Professional Landscapers (APL), British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI), and Marshalls Registered Installers, we work to the highest standards and are looking for someone who shares our passion for doing things properly.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside skilled landscapers and team leaders, you'll be involved in the construction of high-end residential garden projects, including:

Groundworks and excavations
Paving and patios
Brickwork and walling
Timber structures and fencing
Planting and soft landscaping
Water features and garden features
Site preparation and material handling
Operating machinery and tools safely

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 3 years' experience in landscaping or construction labouring
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons
Is reliable, punctual and a team player
Wants to develop their skills and progress their career
Holds a full clean UK driving licence
