Full job description

Location: Hybrid (Remote & Office-Based)
Type: Freelance, Part-Time

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a talented Freelance Digital Designer to support our creative team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role, working across professional corporate projects, high-energy motorsport content and YouTube focused design.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for producing visually engaging, on-brand creative assets across a range of digital formats. The work will be a mix of fast-paced social content for a motorsport client, alongside polished corporate design work for wider corporate agency clients and also a variety of YouTube channels.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing social media graphics, with a strong focus on motorsport content
Creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails that maximise click-through rates and align with channel branding
Creating corporate PDF documents (reports, proposals, presentations etc.)
Developing email campaign designs (marketing and automation templates)
Designing website assets and page layouts (UI concepts, landing pages, visual elements)
Building and maintaining social media templates for clients
Using AI-powered creative tools to support design workflows, ideation and content production where appropriate
Adapting creative across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with precision. You should be confident working independently while also collaborating with a wider team.

Essential skills and experience:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience using Figma for UI/UX and design systems
Excellent eye for layout, typography, and detail
Ability to manage and organise design files efficiently
Comfortable working across multiple brands and styles
Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Someone who understands both high-impact social content and clean corporate design
A high level of organisation and consistency in file management
A genuine interest in motorsport would be a bonus, but not essential
