Trainee Garage Door Installer
Salary: £33,000.00 – £39,000.00 per year (depending on experience) + Overtime
Location: Field-based across the South East (Based in East Peckham, Kent)

We are expanding our professional field team and looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to train into a skilled installer. Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term trade career.
What You Will Be Doing
Working as part of a two-person team, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting with the installation, automation, and servicing of various garage and security doors.
- Driving company installation vans safely to and from various domestic and commercial job sites.
- Interacting professionally with customers on-site.
- Loading the installation van each morning and maintaining safe, organized equipment.
- Removing old doors from sites to leave work areas immaculate.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Transferable experience in carpentry, window fitting, or other installations or construction type roles is a major plus, but not essential. Must be confident working with hand & power tools as a minimum.
- Licence (Required): A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Driving Experience: Previous experience driving large vans is beneficial.
- Physical Fitness: This is a manual role that requires regular heavy lifting.
- Reliability & Attitude: A punctual, self-motivated individual with a flexible, can-do approach.
- Location: Must live reasonably close to our base at TN12 5LP and have your own reliable transport.
Hours & Schedule
- Standard Hours: 06:30 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime: Regular overtime available to maximize your earnings.
