Full job description

Since 2019, HedgeLife has planted and restored over 260km of hedgerows across the East of England and planted thousands of new trees to support biodiversity and environmental resilience.

We are a growing business with a seasonal workforce of around 25 people during planting season and a smaller core team throughout the rest of the year.

We’re looking for someone organised, friendly and reliable to help support the day-to-day running of the business.

It’s a varied role within a small team where no two days are the same. The role is based at our rural headquarters in the Rodings.

The Role Includes:

Office & operations administration
Invoicing, HR & Xero support
Customer communication
Compliance and grant documentation support

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

previous admin experience
Communicates well and enjoys working with people
Is organised, proactive and dependable
Has good IT skills and a full UK driving licence
