Cloetta UK are looking for someone early in their finance career to gain experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and business support. You will work closely with the finance team and support the commercial organisation with analysis and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting Support
- Monthly P&L reporting and analysis
- Prepare accounting entries for month-end close
- Reconciliation of discount accruals
- Explain financial results with guidance from senior team members
- Provide support during audit processes
Business support
- Support sales and marketing teams with financial analysis
- Assist in building models (e.g. pricing, profitability)
- Help analyse product and customer performance
- Support new product launches with data and analysis
Forecasting & Analysis
- Prepare forecasts and track actual performance
- Build and maintain a bottom-up P&L in Excel
- Analysis performance vs plan
- Present and explain forecasts to central teams
Systems & Administration
- Update product prices and costs in systems
- Process and book selected invoices
- Help improve systems and data quality
- Support implementation of new BI tools where required
Skills & Experience Required:
· Systems- M3, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Excel.
· Combining a range of data sources to create dashboards and reports.
· Willingness to work in a commercial environment
· 1–3 years of experience (or relevant internship/placement)
· Positive attitude and team player
· Eager to learn and develop in a finance role
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
