We are seeking a motivated and competant individual with a experience in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.

The role will involve all aspects of the build such as assembling frameworks, cladding externally and internally, fitting joinery, laying floors, fitting of bespoke furniture to create a highly
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble and fully fit our our timber framed shepherd huts.
- Read and work from basic technical drawings and cutting lists.
- Operate saws, nail guns, and other woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products are made to the required specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings and measurements.
- A degree of understanding or experience with 1st fix pluming & electrics is beneficial.
- Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools.
- Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 17:00 Friday 07:30-12:45
