Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our professional team. This role involves supporting legal practitioners by managing case files, conducting research, and providing exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services, demonstrating organisational skills and a strong understanding of legal procedures. Duties

Organising and maintaining case files, documents, and legal records with accuracy and confidentiality
Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents under supervision
Assisting with client communication and providing excellent customer service
Managing schedules, appointments, and court dates efficiently
Analysing legal information to identify relevant facts and precedents
Supporting attorneys during meetings, hearings, and trials as required
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and organisational policies

Experience

Previous administrative experience within a legal environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and research findings effectively
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in professional contexts
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
