Pilates Instructor – The Space Health & Fitness (Dartington)

Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor who loves helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies? We’re looking for someone who can create a calm, supportive environment while delivering high-quality, engaging classes.

At The Space Health & Fitness, we’re building more than just a gym—we’re creating a welcoming community where members feel supported on their wellbeing journey.

About the role

As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll deliver safe, effective and inclusive classes that support mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. You’ll play a key role in helping members move better, prevent injury and feel their best.

What you’ll be doing

Delivering high-quality Pilates classes for a range of abilities
Creating a welcoming, supportive and inclusive class environment
Supporting members with technique, posture and progression
Ensuring a safe and professional studio environment
Helping grow participation and engagement within the class programme

What we’re looking for

A recognised Pilates qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience delivering group exercise classes (desirable)
Strong knowledge of movement, posture and core stability
A calm, approachable and supportive teaching style
A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellbeing
