JOB SUMMARY

The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a Casual F&B Assistant to join our fantastic restaurant team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual F&B Assistant wanting to deliver first-class restaurant experience at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel provides exceptional, personal, and friendly service whilst catering to a variety of guests.

As the Casual F&B Assistant you will…

Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
Embrace the Marriott culture
