- Experience with Opera PMS is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll happily train you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As Front of House Supervisor, you’ll be a key ambassador for Tŷ Hotel Magor. Your mission will be to:
- Lead the Front of House team during your shift
- Deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure
- Ensure all front office standards are followed and upheld
- Support ongoing training to keep the team confident and skilled
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where guests feel right at home
