CCTV/Alarm Operator
Salary £32,281 Permanent , Full Time
Please note you need to live within commutable distance and preferably have own transport.
Shifts; This is a full time position working 12 hour shifts. The shift pattern is 2 days (06.00-18.00) followed by 2 nights (18.00-06.00) then 2 days off. This pattern is repeated for 6 weeks finishing on a Saturday 06.00 am and followed by 16 days off returning on a Monday am. This is repeated throughout the year meaning you get 6 x 16 days off annually not including your days in off between, including 28 days paid leave which is cashed in spread across the year. Overtime is also available at time and half.
The successful candidate will be salaried 182 hours every month.
Key Skills;
· This CCTV role requires someone with an eye for detail as you will be looking at various CCTV images from all around country from various property /premises. Liaise with all police and fire control rooms as and when required.
· Will have to attend a CCTV licence course through the company.
· You will need a good work ethic, and a talent for looking after our customers and be able to listen and understand their needs. Enjoy being part of a great team.
· Able to work on own initiative, or as a team.
· Need to be computer literate and have an good working knowledge of computer systems ,be prepared to undertake training to become conversant with all CCTV equipment/systems.
· Create and maintain a good a good working relationship with all persons whom the employee must liaise with in the performance of the post.
· Respond to all telephone calls/ e mails queries/calls from all clients on the status of the individual alarm response needs.
· Communicate with clients in a professional, courteous manner and to clearly establish the requirements of the callers. Complete reports as and when required.
