We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and motivated Service Co-ordinator to support the operational delivery of Inclusion Services within the Education & Leisure Department.
This is a key role responsible for coordinating financial management, grant funding, and information systems across a complex service area. The postholder will oversee and support budgets and externally funded programmes in excess of £4 million, ensuring compliance with Welsh Government requirements and contributing to the effective delivery of services for vulnerable learners.
You will work closely with service teams to coordinate operational processes, support recruitment activity, monitor performance data, and ensure robust financial and administrative systems are in place. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment.
We are looking for an individual with experience of financial administration, data management, and working within complex organisational systems. A strong understanding of compliance and reporting requirements, particularly in relation to public sector funding, would be advantageous.
