What You’ll Bring:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications and personal attributes:

Essential Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).
Strong knowledge of public safety and security protocols.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness.
Basic computer and hand-held device skills.

Additional Requirements:

A good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
The ability to pass enhanced background checks.
Over 18 years of age.
Full UK/EU driving license (preferred but not essential).
Candidates must be UK/EU citizens.

Your Role:

As an SIA Security Guard/Door Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring premises to ensure safety and security.
Controlling access to venues, checking identification, and managing entry points.
Diffusing potential conflicts and resolving situations professionally.
Performing regular patrols and keeping detailed incident reports.
Protecting staff, clients, and members of the public from potential threats.
Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responding swiftly to alarms or emergencies.
