CCL have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and reliable Screen Printer to join our production team at our Chippenham site. This is a hands on role working with manual, semi automatic, and Sakurai cylinder press printing machines, producing high quality printed components to meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating hand, semi auto, and Sakurai screen printing presses
- Producing high quality printed parts with a strong focus on zero defects
- Preparing screens, inks, and materials to job specifications
- Monitoring print quality and making adjustments as needed
- Recording production data accurately on the onsite system
- Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
- Working to ISO 9001 quality procedures and health & safety standards
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining excellent housekeeping
Qualifications and Experience
- Screen printing experience is desirable with a strong attention to detail
- Flexible and reliable and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
This role will be on a rotating early/late shift pattern.
