Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/Multi-Trade professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an experienced background in carpentry, including experience in basic plumbing, tiling and some decorating. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, carrying out adaption work in domestic/social housing properties, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines and safety regulations.

Duties

Carry out the installation of adapted shower rooms and kitchens.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, joinery, or multi-trade construction roles.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of plumbing and tiling.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to follow technical drawings and instructions accurately.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in carpentry or related trades are advantageous but not essential.
A proactive attitude with the flexibility to undertake various tasks across multiple trades as needed.

Pay: £31,200.00 per year
