Full job description

The hotel receptionist is the first and last person all guests see. We are seeking a highly motivated person to have a amazing people skills while being highly officiant and organised.

We are a well established hotel in the heart of the community. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Ivy Bush Hotel & be the smiling face of The Ivy Bush Royal.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing reservations

```Skills```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
