We are urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site. This role supports high-volume regional logistics operations, ensuring efficient order movement and full compliance with global standards.
Key Requirements (Essential & Immediate Need)
- Recent hands-on SAP experience
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS
- Proven experience managing busy, high-volume logistics operations
- Solid understanding of export documentation (e.g. CoO, CMR, eAD, Bill of Lading)
- Experience with bonded warehousing
- Prior logistics/supply chain experience, including import/export
Role Overview
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including transport planning and order management
- Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and global procurement standards (P2P, OTC, SLAs)
- Act as the key link between site teams, customers, and hauliers
- Support continuous improvement and KPI delivery in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
