Looking to recruit fish fryers for our Newcastle branch (in England!) due to open August 2026.
Full training will be given in Glasgow G2 8HA.
You'll be shown;
- How we prepare and fry our potatoes
- How we prepare our fish for frying
- How we prepare batters
- How we prepare breaded fish
- And of course learning how to fry up our famous fish and chips for our customers
You will also learn how to plate up and run the pass during a busy service, learning the takeaway and all aspects of what it takes to get great food out to our customers! Candidates must be able to cope with a high pressure environment whilst listening to management and team mates on shift, as communication is paramount to a successful service.
Must be willing to be trained in Glasgow G2 8HA & relocate to Newcastle NE1 5JF
Pay will rise to £13.00/hour once established.
