Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Architect, Architectural Designer or Architectural Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, and contributing to the realisation of design projects across various sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilising cutting-edge software and design techniques to shape inspiring built environments.

Duties

Develop architectural designs and concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Create detailed technical drawings, and construction documentation aligned with project specifications.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
Produce 3D visualisations to effectively communicate concept designs.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholder review.
Contribute to the optimisation of building performance through innovative system and construction design solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, software and sustainable practices to enhance project quality.

Requirements

Proven experience in architectural design or related fields is preferred but not essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills to be provided.
Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD & Revit.
Experience with 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp, Revit & D5.
Good knowledge and understanding of construction processes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A recognised qualification in architecture or a related discipline is essential.
