Title: Bid Writer

Location: 2 days in Bristol Office

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5

As a Bid Writer at LivGreen, you will play a crucial role in securing new business and retaining existing maintenance contracts. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will complete supplier questionnaires, write compelling written responses, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of bids to strict deadlines.

As a Bid Writer you will:

Work alongside all key stakeholders to successfully secure new business and retain existing maintenance contracts through re tenders and renewals
Independently source relevant tender opportunities including monitoring OJEU regulated portals
Responsible for generating and presenting all Bid / No Bid overviews for review by the Senior Leadership Team
Complete all Approved Supplier Questionnaires (ASQs) and Selection Questionnaires (SQs) as required
Lead the completion of allocated Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as required, co-ordinating with the wider business as necessary
Write work-winning quality and technical responses
Responsible for the final preparation and delivery of bids to strict deadlines through print, email or portal submission

To be successful as a Bid Writer you will need:

Previous experience of Bid Writing
Ideally from a construction background
Fast Learner
Commercial, tender, business development, sales or marketing background
Strong writing and administration skills
