Strukta is a specialist builders merchant with a strong reputation for service, reliability, and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries on time and in full, every day.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Route Planner to join our transport and logistics team. This role is focused on creating and optimising delivery routes to ensure all customer orders are dispatched efficiently and on time. You will work closely with drivers and operations staff, using Maxoptra (route planning), Webfleet (vehicle management), and NetSuite ERP (business operations) to support daily logistics.
The primary success measures for this role are:
- On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance
- Drops per route
Excellent customer service—both internal and external—is essential. The ideal candidate will be positive-minded, a natural problem solver, and able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in route planning, transport coordination or logistics would be beneficial, but a positive attitude, strong organisation, and willingness to learn are more important.
· Proficiency with Maxoptra, Webfleet, and NetSuite ERP is highly desirable but not essential.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
