Customer Engagement Representative – £150 Per Day

About the Role
Due to increased customer traffic, we are looking for enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused Promotional Staff / Brand Ambassadors to join our team on a temporary basis.
You will be based on the Texaco forecourt, engaging directly with customers and promoting the Texaco Star Rewards programme. The role involves creating awareness of the loyalty scheme, explaining customer benefits and encouraging app registrations.
This is a highly customer-facing role suited to individuals who enjoy interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote the Texaco Star Rewards loyalty programme.
- Explain available fuel savings, loyalty rewards and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with app downloads and account registrations.
- Increase customer awareness of the Texaco Star Rewards programme.
- Encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Represent the Texaco brand professionally at all times.
- Maintain a positive and approachable presence on the forecourt.
- Provide feedback on customer engagement and campaign performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with members of the public.
- Previous experience in promotions, retail sales, hospitality, customer service or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors for the duration of the shift.

Staffing Requirement
We are seeking multiple candidates to provide coverage throughout the week.
Example rota:
- Ambassador A: Monday to Wednesday
- Ambassador B: Thursday to Sunday
Alternative working patterns may be considered to ensure full operational coverage.
