What will the role involve?
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel remains a beautifully maintained, safe and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. Your work will combine a blend of proactive upkeep and reactive maintenance, helping us protect the integrity of our property and its facilities.
You’ll take pride in carrying out general maintenance across the hotel and staff accommodation, caring for the spaces as though they were your own. You will also coordinate and complete scheduled health and safety checks, ensuring our hotel meets all regulatory standards and reflects the exceptional quality expected from a luxury Hand Picked Hotel.
Your commitment to maintaining our facilities to the highest possible standard will directly support an outstanding guest experience and help us deliver the warm, effortless service we’re known for.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
