We advise on site acquisitions, packages deals, land options, promotion agreements, section 106 schemes, development agreements, joint ventures, commercial lease portfolio advice, refinance work, grant funding and innovative carbon zero/energy efficient housing schemes.
The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Associate within our House Builder team.
The role will involve acting on behalf of large house builder clients managing your own complex and varied caseload of files, supervising less experienced team members and taking an active role with business development initiatives.
We are looking for a lawyer who will be instrumental in the continued growth of a dynamic and successful department and enjoy the rewards for their contribution.
A flexible attitude to work, exceptional client care, a good team player, coupled with a drive to achieve are necessary for this role.
Skills & Qualifications

Experienced Solicitor who has advised House Builders in Wales and England
- Expertise to cover site acquisition / development / section 106 agreements / infrastructure agreements / package deals / Golden Brick transactions and large-scale disposals / stock transfers
- Commercially focused
- Personable and confident team leader
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for business development.
