A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Greenhous Vauxhall Telford as a Trainee Salesperson.

While previous motor trade sales experience isn't essential, you must have a strong background in customer service and be committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. We'll provide the training, support and development you need to succeed in vehicle sales.
Salary: £20,000 per annum basic, plus commission
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm, every other Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, when a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the week, i.e. average of 42 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers to the dealership and providing a professional, friendly experience.
Learning to identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicles.
Building strong relationships with customers throughout their buying journey.
Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives.
Assisting with finance and additional product options.
Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.
Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Ensuring the showroom and vehicles are presented to the highest standard.
Ideally, we are looking for:
A proven background in delivering excellent customer service is essential.
A positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude with a desire to build a career in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in building rapport and establishing long-lasting customer relationships.
A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Good organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
