Sintec UK Ltd is looking for a proactive and organised Warehouse Coordinator to support our UK construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch project materials, tools, and PPE
- Maintain warehouse stock control, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking
- Coordinate deliveries, courier collections, and project logistics between sites
- Manage fleet administration, including servicing, MOTs, repairs, and vehicle records
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/WMS and fleet management systems
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, fleet coordination
- Good IT skills, including Excel and inventory management systems
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving Licence
Nice to have:
- Strong working expertise in ERP Systems (e.g. MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, 1C)
- Russian language skills would be an advantage
