About the Role

This is a marketing role with a strong emphasis on creativity and brand-building. You’ll play a key part in how we communicate with clients, promote our business, and keep our internal processes running smoothly.

As our business continues to grow, this role will evolve with you. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to take ownership, contribute ideas, and shape the future of our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Take responsibility for marketing activities, including managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and helping to build brand awareness.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate and organised record‑keeping.
Support the Sales team by following up on quotes, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and structure to their work. You’ll be a great fit if you are:

Detail‑oriented and highly organised
Proactive, with the confidence to take initiative
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Interested in marketing, social media, and creative content
Keen to grow with the role and shape it over time
Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms (HubSpot) would be a bonus!
